PUBLIC NOTIFICATION POLICY

This is a short note to explain the policy which you have automatically abided by when contractiong World Wide Web Developers to initiate, take part or work directly for your organisation. These and variatons of this are work carried out for customers refers to "Any works carried out which required payment by the customer to World Wide Web Developers" "Any work or Invoiced work" If we have carried out Uninvoiced work, such as warranty, follow up work ect this note does not affect. Only work which at some stage was invoiced is what this note refers to.

Ongoing, what this note means :- 1) If an unpaid invoice has been referred to a collection agency.

                                                      2) If an unpaid invoice has remained unpaid for a length of time greater than 3 months.

                                                      3) If an unpaid invoice had a minimum of 3 reminders mailed out / attached / sent to the customer.

In all these three scenarios above the one underlying factor is that you would refer to number one. The problem would be referred to the collection agency.

In all these scenarios above the second underlying factor is that many contact attempts would have been initiated and the customer would be aware of these issues as the issue would have been brought to light in many ways , also their account would have these details and payment  pop ups visible.

Secondly the invoice number, name of the company to whcih the unpaid invoice was attached to will publicly named, as much as World Wide Web Developers could possibly do , namely on the public Name and Shame list -  http://www.worldwidewebs.com.au/billing/knowledgebase/26/SHAME-LIST-or-HACKER-LIST-PUBLIC-PROFILE

This would include the Comapny name of the non paying perportrator and personal name if available and ABN details if applicable.

These details would not be restricted and may include unpaid amounts, number of invoices outstanding, number of attempts to which payment retrieval has occurred and excuses which customers may have provided if so available.

Note these warnings are not taken lightly and are only in extremes. You may browse through the list at your persuale and note that the items listed would be considered extreme. However, if these are considered inappropriate at any time, the affected cutomer may be removed from the public shame database simply by attendint o any outstanding issues. However a past database of these issues wil rmeian on record for a minimum of 7 years after rectification. Only for the puropse of monitoring.

Note the public database may and will remain indefinetley .

Thank you.
