WHITE SCREEN IN TEAM VIEWER REMOTE CONNECTION

I keep getting a White Screen when i connect to a client with Team Viewer Remote. The client can see my muse cursor moving, but all i see is a white screen with some small black dots along the right side.

After installing latest versions of Team Viewer on both the client and the Support pc the issue still occurs. 

Solution: After trying many clicks on all options within the Team Viewer console the solution which works every time is that as follows:- At the top of the Team Viewer control tab click on the "View" icon, Select "Screen Resolution" and choose "1024 X 768" . I found this works 100% of the time now. It seems to default to 1280x1024 and by deselecting and choosing 1024x768 it works perfectly.
