Clear your Engin Voice-mail or Fax-mail box
If left unchecked your Voice-mail/Fax-mail box will reach the limit of it’s capacity and faxes will no longer be received.
To clear your mailbox follow these steps:
- Call the Engin mailbox administration service: Sydney (02) 9016 4500 • Sydney (02) 9016-4500 • Melbourne (03) 9012-5200 • Brisbane (07) 3114-2100 • Adelaide (08) 8464-0100 • Perth (08) 6363-5100
- Press the * key to enter the mailbox number used for your faxmail service followed by #, contact us if your are unsure of this number.
- Enter your password followed by #, the default password is 123456, this can be changed from the http://my.engin.com.au Selfcare page.
- Press 1 to enter mailbox
- Press 7 to delete ALL messages
- Press 1 to confirm
This will instantly delete all messages in your mailbox.
You should now be able to receive faxes.
