Billings Pro Server Not Starting

Scenario: When you launch Billings Pro, the app icon bounces in the dock and then nothing happens. The application does not open.

Solution: Do the following:

In a new Finder window, navigate to the following location: Macintosh HD/Users/YourUser/Library/Preferences/. Note: In OS X Lion and later versions, the user Library is hidden by default. To access it, all you need to do is press Command+Shift+G from the Mac desktop (or in Finder, choose Go > Go to Folder) and type in ~/Library to temporarily access the Library directory.
Move the following preference files to trash: com.marketcircle.BillingsPro.LSSharedFileList.plistand com.marketcircle.BillingsPro.plist
Restart the computer.
Launch Billings Pro.
