GO TO COMPUTER THEN TO LIBRARY FOR BILLINGS SERVER LIBRARY
Please restart your computer once and verify the issue.
If that doesn't help, then since this is a brand new setup, I would like you to try the following:
1. Exit out of Billings Pro Server and Billings Pro applications.
2.Launch Finder.
3. Navigate to the following location: Hard Drive -> Library -> Application Support -> Billings Pro Server (screen shot attached below)
4. Rename "Storage.bpsdb" to "OLDStorage.bpsdb".
5. Launch Billings Pro Server application.
