You may experience this when you have replaced a pc without logging off the old pc from Autoquote. Autoquote creates a lock file when a user connects to ensure the connection remains with work currently being processed, not being lost. You may reset this lock file by going to the AQWIN folder in "H" drive and finding the "AQLOCKU.MDB" file and deleting it. A new file will be generated once Autoquote is reopened.
