only 2 clients appear on the admin console

If only 2 clients are showing in the Pi-Hole admin dashboard you may have setup the PI-HOLE DNS ip into your router and this is one client and the second client is the Pi-Hole itself. If you add the DNS server into each additional pc on the network you will see the additional clients show up in the dashboard.
